      近日，GENMA成功簽訂14臺大型橋式抓斗卸船機訂單，其中包括12臺1,500噸/小時(shí)和2臺2,000噸/小時(shí)橋式抓斗卸船機設備。該批設備將由子公司潤邦重機生產(chǎn)制造，為后續高質(zhì)量交付提供堅實(shí)保障。

      本次訂單中的GENMA 1,500噸/小時(shí)橋式抓斗卸船機采用抓斗+吊鉤雙作業(yè)模式，可滿(mǎn)足不同貨物的裝卸需求。在抓斗模式下，該設備專(zhuān)為70,000~240,000噸級散貨船設計，可高效處理煤炭、礦石等大宗散貨；在吊鉤模式下，又可輕松應對鋼板、鋼管等件雜貨的裝卸任務(wù)，顯著(zhù)提升碼頭的作業(yè)適應性和運營(yíng)效率。

      值得一提的是，該機型還具備逆向裝船功能，既可通過(guò)抓斗抓取碼頭后方物料進(jìn)行裝船作業(yè)，也可利用集裝箱翻轉功能實(shí)現快速裝船，真正實(shí)現“一機多用”，優(yōu)化港口資源利用率。

      根據客戶(hù)需求，GENMA 2,000噸/小時(shí)橋式抓斗卸船機專(zhuān)為煤炭、鐵礦石、石料等大宗散貨的高效卸載而設計，配備自動(dòng)定位、起升同步等先進(jìn)功能，確保作業(yè)過(guò)程精準、穩定，能夠進(jìn)一步降低設備能耗和客戶(hù)運營(yíng)成本。

      此前，GENMA已為該客戶(hù)提供多臺橋式抓斗卸船機和移動(dòng)式港口起重機（MHC）設備，助力客戶(hù)提升港口裝卸效率。此次新訂單的簽訂，再次彰顯了客戶(hù)對GENMA產(chǎn)品性能和服務(wù)質(zhì)量的高度認可。未來(lái)，GENMA將繼續以創(chuàng )新技術(shù)為核心，為客戶(hù)提供更智能、更高效的港口裝備解決方案，推動(dòng)全球港口物流行業(yè)的高質(zhì)量發(fā)展。

Recently, GENMA successfully signed an order for 14 units grab ship unloaders, including 12 units of 1,500tph unloaders and 2 units of 2,000tphunloaders. This batch of equipment will be manufactured by Nantong Rainbow Heavy Machineries Co., Ltd. (“RHM” in short), providing a solid guarantee for the subsequent high-quality delivery.

GENMA 1,500tph grab ship unloader adopts a dual-operation mode of grab and hook, which can meet the loading and unloading requirements of different goods. In grab mode, it is specifically designed for 70,000-240,000 DWT bulk carriers, enabling efficient handling of bulk cargo such as coal and ores.  In hook mode, it can easily handle the general cargos such as steel plates and steel pipes, significantly enhancing the operational adaptability and efficiency of the wharf.

Notably, this model also features reverse ship loading function. It can perform ship loading operations by grabbing materials from the dockside or utilize container tilting functions for rapid ship loading, achieving "multi-purpose functionality" and optimizing port resource utilization.

According to customer requirements, GENMA 2,000tph grab ship unloader is specially designed for the efficient unloading of bulk cargo such as coal, iron ore and aggregate. Equipped with advanced functions such as automatic positioning and synchronous lifting, it ensures precise and stable operations while further reducing equipment energy consumption and operating costs.

Previously, GENMA has supplied multiple grab ship unloaders and mobile harbor cranes (MHC) to this customer. This new order reaffirms the customer's high recognition of GENMA product performance and services. In the future, GENMA will continue to take innovative technologies as the core, providing customers with more intelligent and efficient port equipment solutions, and promoting the high-quality development of the global port industry.
